Ending Certain Tariff Actions
Terminates certain IEEPA-based tariff actions following the Supreme Court's ruling in *Learning Resources v. Trump* (Feb. 20, 2026) that IEEPA does not authorize tariffs. The administration attempts to shift remaining tariffs to other statutory authorities.
