Sec. 1 Amendment to Reciprocal Tariffs (India/Low-Value)

Establishes tariff policy and rates on specified imports.

Sec. 2 Section 2

In recognition of the fact that the PRC has announced that it will retaliate against the United States in response to Executive Order 14257 , the HTSUS shall be modified as follows.

Sec. 3 Section 3

De minimis duties for low-value imports are modified to prevent circumvention.

Sec. 4 Section 4

Directs Commerce Secretary and USTR to implement the tariff modifications.

Sec. 5 Section 5

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority and creates no enforceable private rights.
