Amendment to Duties to Address the Situation at Our Southern Border

Executive Order 14194 revised to clarify that duty-free de minimis treatment under tariff law is available for otherwise eligible covered Mexican articles but shall cease upon Commerce Secretary notification that adequate systems are in place to fully and expeditiously process and collect tariff revenue.

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
