Sec. 1 Continuance of the Federal Emergency Management Agency Review Council
Extends the FEMA Review Council, created by EO 14180, until March 25, 2026.
Sec. 2 Delegation of Functions
Delegates the President's Federal Advisory Committee Act functions to the Secretary of Homeland Security, who shall follow applicable regulations and procedures.
Sec. 3 Effective Date
Establishes January 24, 2026, as the effective date.
Sec. 4 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
