Energy Secretary to designate DOE sites for advanced reactors and AI data centers; prioritize early authorization with goal of operations within 30 months.

Energy Secretary to identify and release HALEU fuel; release 20 metric tons for private sector projects at DOE sites.

Defense and Energy secretaries to coordinate implementation across agencies.

Defense and Energy to consult CEQ on categorical exclusions and alternative NEPA compliance procedures for reactor siting.
