Sec. 2 Suspension of Country-Specific Ad Valorem Rate of Duty
Suspends 24 percentage points of additional duty on PRC articles from May 14, 2025; retains 10 percent ad valorem rate for 90-day period.
Sec. 3 Tariff Modifications
HTSUS modified to implement tariff suspension and rate changes effective May 14, 2025, recognizing PRC intentions on national emergency.
