Executive Order 14159
Protecting the American People Against Invasion
Massively expands immigration enforcement authorities. Directs the expansion of expedited removal to its fullest statutory extent, orders the defunding of sanctuary jurisdictions that refuse to cooperate with ICE, and directs the deployment of additional federal resources to the southern border.
