Executive Order 14165
Securing Our Borders
Declares a national emergency at the southern border and directs the construction of physical barriers, the deployment of military personnel, and the use of all available authorities to prevent unlawful entry. This is the operational companion to EO 14159 (invasion) and EO 14167 (military role).
