Ending the Weaponization of the Federal Government

Directs the Attorney General to review all ongoing federal investigations and prosecutions initiated during the Biden administration to identify cases driven by political motivation rather than legitimate law enforcement objectives. Orders a halt to any such proceedings and requires the DOJ to report on its findings. This was the first executive order of the second Trump term and set the rhetorical framing for many orders that followed.
