Directs federal agencies to review actions by former government officials related to election interference and improper handling or disclosure of classified information. Widely understood as targeting former intelligence officials who signed the "51 intelligence professionals" letter regarding the Hunter Biden laptop story.

Sec. 1 Purpose

Addresses 51 former intelligence officials' coordination with Biden campaign on laptop letter, describing it as weaponization of Intelligence Community and breach of trust.

Sec. 2 Policy

Establishes policies that Intelligence Community not engage in partisan politics, individuals holding clearances not use status to influence elections, and classified information not disclosed in memoirs.

Sec. 3 Implementation

Directs DNI to revoke current clearances for 50 named individuals (2 deceased), requires 90-day report on additional inappropriate Intelligence Community activity.

Sec. 4 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
