Directs Attorney General and federal law enforcement to take operational actions to respond to the crime emergency and coordinate with D.C. law enforcement.
Directs Attorney General to review Metropolitan Police Department General Orders and request the D.C. Mayor to modify policies as necessary to address the crime emergency.
Standard severability clause: if a court strikes any provision, the rest of the order stands.
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
