Directs federal science agencies to adopt a "gold standard" methodology, emphasizing reproducibility, transparency, and the elimination of what the administration characterizes as politically motivated research conclusions.

Sec. 1 Purpose

Directs agencies to enhance scientific integrity and public access to data used in federal decision-making.

Sec. 2 Policy

Agencies shall adhere to standards ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability in use of scientific information.

Sec. 3 Scientific Standards

Agencies to avoid scientific misconduct, document uncertainty in models, and disclose conflicts of interest in scientific advisory roles.

Sec. 4 Improving the Use, Interpretation, and Communication of Scientific Data

Employees prohibited from scientific misconduct; agencies to make influential scientific data and models publicly available; risk models for enforcement excluded.
