Government Reform

Third batch rescission of remaining Biden-era executive orders.

Section by Section

What each section does, and how they differ.

Sec. 1 Purpose

Following the January 20, 2025 rescission of 78 Presidential orders and memoranda, continues rescinding additional harmful executive actions from the prior administration to restore common sense to Federal Government.

Sec. 2 Revocation of Orders and Actions

Revokes multiple Biden-era executive actions including COVID-19 policy orders, human rights directives on LGBTQ persons abroad, federal contractor minimum wage increase, and Defense Production Act determinations on infant formula, solar panels, insulation, electrolyzers, and electric heat pumps.

Sec. 3 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
