Sec. 1 Purpose and Policy
IVF enables couples to have biological children. Administration is committed to protecting and expanding IVF access and reducing barriers.
Sec. 2 Lowering Costs and Reducing Barriers to IVF
Assistant to President for Domestic Policy shall submit to President within 90 days a list of policy recommendations on protecting IVF access and aggressively reducing out-of-pocket and health plan costs for IVF treatment.
Sec. 3 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
