Directs federal agencies to review their policies and actions for instances of bias against Christians and to take corrective action.

Sec. 1 Purpose

Identify and eradicate unlawful anti-Christian governmental bias.

Sec. 2 Establishing a Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias

A Task Force chaired by the Attorney General is established, comprising 17 federal officials.

Sec. 3 Task Force Functions

The Task Force reviews past anti-Christian policies, recommends revocation, develops strategies to protect religious liberty, and submits reports within 120 days and one year.

Sec. 4 Administration

Agencies provide information and support; DOJ provides funding and administrative support.

Sec. 5 Termination

The Task Force terminates 2 years from the date of the order unless extended.

Sec. 6 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
