Directs federal agencies to take additional steps to combat antisemitism, including enhanced enforcement of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act on college campuses and conditioning of federal funding on institutional responses to antisemitic incidents.

Sec. 1 Policy

Directs federal agencies to combat anti-Semitism vigorously using all available legal tools, including prosecution and removal of perpetrators.

Sec. 2 Campus Anti-Semitism

Agencies must report on civil-rights enforcement authorities available to combat anti-Semitism and inventory administrative complaints and court cases involving higher education institutions.

Sec. 3 Agency Recommendations

Secretaries of State, Education, and Homeland Security shall recommend measures to familiarize universities with inadmissibility grounds under immigration law and ensure reports about aliens lead to investigations.

Sec. 4 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
