Directs federal agencies to enforce a prohibition on transgender women competing on female sports teams at all levels, from youth athletics through college. Relies on the sex definitions established in EO 14168.

Sec. 1 Purpose

Protect fairness and safety in women's sports by prohibiting male participation in women's categories.

Sec. 2 Definitions

Adopts definitions from the prior gender ideology order.

Sec. 3 Preserving Women's Sports in Education

Education enforces Title IX for women-only athletic opportunities and locker rooms, and prioritizes enforcement against institutions requiring females to compete with males.

Sec. 4 Preserving Fairness and Safety in Women's Sports

Within 60 days, convene athletic organizations and state attorneys general; State Department rescinds support for mixed-sex sports exchanges and promotes sex-based eligibility at the Olympics.

Sec. 5 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and includes severability clause.
