Sec. 2 Definitions

Defines discriminatory equity ideology and related terms including gender ideology, social transition, and patriotic education.

Sec. 3 Ending Indoctrination Strategy

Within 90 days, Education, Defense, and HHS submit a strategy to eliminate federal support for gender and equity ideology instruction and protect parental rights.

Sec. 4 Reestablishing the 1776 Commission

The 1776 Commission is reestablished to promote patriotic education and support the 250th anniversary celebration.

Sec. 5 Additional Patriotic Education Measures

Agencies monitor Constitution Day compliance and prioritize federal resources for patriotic education programs.

Sec. 6 General Provisions

Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
