Restoring the Death Penalty and Protecting Public Safety

Reverses the Biden-era moratorium on federal executions and directs the Attorney General to take all steps necessary to resume carrying out death sentences. Orders the DOJ to pursue the death penalty in cases involving the murder of law enforcement officers and certain categories of violent crime.
