Putting America First in International Environmental Agreements

Directs the immediate withdrawal of the United States from the Paris Agreement on climate change. This is the second withdrawal; Trump initiated the first during his first term and Biden rejoined on his first day. Also orders withdrawal from any other international environmental commitments that the administration determines impose undue economic burdens.
