Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security Threats
Reinstates the Trump-era travel ban, later formalized under Proclamation 10949. Directs a review of vetting procedures for all visa applicants and refugees and suspends entry from countries deemed to have inadequate information-sharing with the United States.

Directs State, DOJ, DHS, and intelligence agencies to identify resources for maximum vetting, establish uniform screening standards consistent with January 19, 2021 baseline, and assess information deficiencies from countries warranting visa restrictions.
Authorizes suspension of entry for nationals from countries with deficient vetting information and directs agencies to submit lists of affected nationals and assessment of impacts.
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
