Protecting the United States from Foreign Terrorists and Other National Security Threats

Reinstates the Trump-era travel ban, later formalized under Proclamation 10949. Directs a review of vetting procedures for all visa applicants and refugees and suspends entry from countries deemed to have inadequate information-sharing with the United States.
