America First Policy Directive to the Secretary of State
Directs the Secretary of State to align all diplomatic activity with an "America First" framework, issuing guidance to bring the State Department's policies, programs, personnel, and operations in line with an America First foreign policy. The order contains no treaty-review mandate and no presumption against new multilateral obligations.
