Leading the World in Supersonic Flight
Directs the FAA to repeal the overland supersonic-flight ban in 14 CFR 91.817 within 180 days and to set an interim noise-based certification standard. On July 2, 2026 the FAA published a proposed rule, 'Enabling Supersonic Overland Flight,' to carry out the repeal.
