Archivist to work with GPO reducing publication delays within 15 days; review fee schedules within 45 days for cost-based alignment.
Sec. 3 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
