Prior administration misused Public Service Loan Forgiveness through waivers for employees not meeting statutory requirements. PSLF has misdirected tax dollars into activist organizations engaging in illegal immigration facilitation, human trafficking, and property destruction that harm national security.
Secretary of Education shall revise PSLF regulations to exclude organizations engaging in substantial illegal purposes: aiding immigration law violations, supporting terrorism or cartels, child abuse or trafficking, unlawful discrimination, or pattern violations of state tort laws including trespassing and vandalism.
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
