Protecting Second Amendment Rights
Directs the Attorney General, within 30 days, to review executive-branch orders, regulations, guidance, and other actions from January 2021 through January 2025, including Department of Justice and ATF firearms rules, to assess ongoing infringements of Second Amendment rights and present a plan of action through the Domestic Policy Advisor.
