Directs the DOJ and ATF to review all firearms regulations for consistency with the Second Amendment as interpreted by the Supreme Court in *New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen* (2022).

Sec. 1 Purpose
The Second Amendment is foundational to all rights and must not be infringed.
Sec. 2 Plan of Action
Within 30 days, the Attorney General assesses ongoing Second Amendment infringements and proposes a plan of action.
Sec. 3 Implementation
The Attorney General finalizes the plan and establishes a process for implementation with the Domestic Policy Advisor.
Sec. 4 General Provisions
Standard boilerplate: preserves existing agency authority, conditions the order on appropriations, and creates no enforceable private rights.
