Grants TikTok a 75-day reprieve from the statutory ban that took effect January 19, 2025, under the bipartisan Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act. Directs the AG not to enforce the ban during the reprieve period to allow time for a negotiated sale or restructuring. Extended repeatedly by subsequent orders.
