Withdrawing the United States from the World Health Organization
Directs the withdrawal of the United States from the World Health Organization and the cessation of all U.S. funding. This is the second time Trump has initiated WHO withdrawal; the first (during Trump 45) was reversed by Biden on day one. Formal withdrawal takes 12 months under WHO rules.
