Alaska holds abundant natural resources; order directs immediate reversal of restrictions on resource development on state and federal lands.

Sec. 2 Policy

Makes it the policy to maximize development of Alaska's natural resources, expedite permitting of energy projects, and prioritize development of liquified natural gas.

Sec. 3 Specific Agency Actions

Directs agencies to rescind or revise regulations inconsistent with the order issued 2021-2025, prioritize Alaska LNG development, withdraw 2021 halt on Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and rescind lease cancellations.
